Hello! I’m Francis Clarke, the founder of Cloud Payroll Solution. My passion lies in delivering affordable and dependable payroll & employment law services across the south-west region. Drawing from over two decades of experience in payroll and employment law primarily within accountancy practices I’ve fine-tuned my expertise. I’ve also successfully spearheaded independent business projects, including establishing new payroll departments and overseeing the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) for employees transitioning to new ventures.
