Urbanization Architects can develop proposals from ideas to produce information for planning and building regulations / production information.

Urbanization Architects was established in 2011 by Mark Iddon, the principal architect, and are presently working on a range of work from domestic extensions, community and commercial properties.

Our clients include those who are both experienced property developers and those who may never have commissioned an architect before. Some clients have in mind how they want to develop their property and others who want to explore the options and alternatives in order to maximise the potential of their property.

Urbanization use a variety of media from sketches, scaled architectural drawings and computer models to help visualise the project.

We can then develop the proposals and provide information, make the statutory applications and provide additional support information to procure the proposals.

Mark has many years experience as an architect in Manchester practices on commercial, restaurant / bars and housing developments.
