We have experience in professional sport as well as the NHS environment and have specialist skills in Paediatrics,Pilates classes, back pain, whiplash, sciatica and sports injuries, in addition to treating all forms of pain, weakness or reduced function of the human musculo-skeletal system.

Not only do we aim to treat and manage a patients pain, but also look to fully rehabilitate patients using home exercise programmes to strengthen and improve flexibility in the injured area to enable the patient to make a full recovery and avoid any future relapses.
