We are a private physiotherapy clinic providing treatment for back & neck pain, sports injuries, women's health, post op and neurological rehabilitation.

We are a well established physio clinic with 35 years of experience.

Pain, stiffness and discomfort may be some of the symptoms you are experiencing when you visit us and our therapists will ask you a series of questions related to your problems, work and activities to help diagnose your current problem. A detailed physical examination will follow.

Our therapists will explain the diagnosis and discuss with you your personal treatment plan. A full range of treatments is available including manipulation, mobilisation, massage, electrical treatment such as ultrasound & shockwave and usually a course of exercises. Exercise therapy will often form part of the treatment plan and patients are encouraged to use our purpose built gym when treatment has finished.

We offer 10 massage clinics a week and 1:1 Personal Training and rehabilitation. Gait analysis and Phits insoles/orthotics assessments can also be booked.
