4D Planning Consultants is a Chartered Town Planning firm. The firm was founded in 2010 by a number of property experts and professionals to assist home owners, architects, developers and businesses with obtaining planning permission. We focus on all residential and commercial developments in London and Greater Manchester.

Our projects are very diverse, and they range from newly built blocks of flats, homes, hotels, colleges, nurseries, listed buildings, office conversions, restaurant and cafes and all change of use applications.

Our residential planners focus on obtaining planning permission for residential extensions and conversions, mainly rear extensions, loft conversions, basement and garage conversions and interior architecture. We have a team of different professionals and a large network of specialist consultants to support us with our many projects. Our in-house team and support team consists of Architectural Designers, CAD technicians, 3D visualisers, Party Wall Surveyors, Building Control Experts, Property/Construction Managers, Chartered Planners and Property Surveyors.
