As Health and Safety Advisors Dodds Associates carry out Health & Safety inspections and audits, providing Clients with reports to ensure they meet compliance, prepare Risk Assessments, Method Statements and SSIP applications for Safecontractor, Constructionline and CHAS accreditation.

CDM Principal Designer services are offered for all types and sizes of building and construction projects, with Client guidance and advice given at all stages, from initial concept through construction to completion and final handover.

The Engineering Department offers a full design service, including Foul and Surface Water Drainage systems with Pumping Stations, Septic Tanks, Soakaways and Sewage Treatment Plants to meet Local Authority and Water Company requirements.
