I am an Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the BACP (MBACP 396398), working in Cheshire Countryside. I am within easy access of Middlewich, Sandbach and Winsford.

I offer face to face or on-line counselling. Discounts of up to 10% can be offered for NHS Workers as well as counselling students.

I have extensive experience supporting clients facing stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, childhood trauma, parenting challenges, as well as self-esteem and confidence issues. My approach is grounded in respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I tailor our sessions to meet your unique needs. Seeking help is a courageous step toward a happier and more fulfilling life, and I am here to support you on that journey.

In addition, I am trained to work with children through art and play therapy, creating a safe space for them to express their emotions and fears. It’s important to help children focus on the good people in their lives who are there to support and protect them, even in difficult situations.

I also focus on areas such as LGBTQ+ concerns, grief, coping with life changes, adoption and foster care, attachment issues, domestic violence, and family of origin challenges.
