I have been working as a Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Hypnotherapist and Supervisor since 1988. I can offer you personal support, within a confidential relationship to address the things you want to change in your life.

I completed my Advanced Certificate in Counselling and Personal Development at Durham University in 1992, becoming an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy [BACP] in 1998.

I have also spent 19 years training in the methods and philosophy of Process Oriented Psychology, a post Jungian psychotherapeutic model, becoming a trustee of the Research Society of Process Oriented Psychology UK from 2006-2010.

In 2008, I qualified in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing [EMDR], becoming an accredited EMDR practitioner with EMDR UK & Ireland in 2009.

I am fully insured and have regular supervision for my work, according to professional requirements
