The company was founded in May 1978 with a focus on being a specialist glass company and the manufacturing of hermetically sealed insulating glass units (double glazing). Drawing on the extensive experience of its directors within the glass industry, the company swiftly earned a reputation for delivering quality products at competitive prices and ensuring timely delivery. Among its clientele were numerous local councils and well-known names such as Everest, Anglian, Magnet, and Solaglas.

Originally established as a partnership, the company transitioned to a limited company structure as it expanded.

• Licensing and Insurance: We are licensed by the Office of Fair Trading (reg no.594886) and carry comprehensive Public Liability Insurance (£3 million) and Employee Liability Insurance (£10 million).
• Environmental Compliance: Licensed by the Environment Agency (reg no. YDA/149960) and proud members of the Glass and Glazing Federation (GGF) with Membership Number A2701.
• Financial Stability: Unlike many in our industry, we are approved to accept credit card payments, demonstrating our stability. Our ownership of premises, manufacturing equipment, and office equipment is free of lease or finance agreements.
